The Financial Flow Method is a six-month, one-on-one coaching experience designed to meet you where you are and walk with you as things unfold.

This program exists because money stress doesn’t resolve in one conversation. Understanding, confidence, and steadiness are built through time, context, and support.

Together, we slow things down. We look honestly at what’s happening, build clarity piece by piece, and create simple systems that fit your real life. As situations change, decisions arise, or emotions surface, you’re not left navigating them alone.

I’m Cathy Lemire, a financial coach who helps women feel more supported, informed, and capable with their money.

I came to this work through my own experience of financial stress, relationship strain, and feeling disconnected from my financial life. What changed things for me wasn’t discipline or pressure — it was support, understanding, and learning how to work with real life instead of against it.

A big part of that shift came from learning how to work together with my husband. As we improved our conversations around money, created shared goals, and began approaching decisions as partners, everything changed. Money stopped feeling isolating and started becoming something we could navigate together.
